They do not use the tunnels
Four birds of prey fly over the whole board on long banking curves, each hunting to a different rule. One comes straight down your neck. One aims at where you are about to be. One flanks. One loses interest.
A bird at cruise cannot touch you. Only a dive can — and every dive is announced before it starts.
Chew through anything
Every wall in the burrow can be dug out, three bites at a time, and the damage stays where you left it. Come back to a half-finished hole when the sky is busy elsewhere.
Except the vined outer ring. That one is bedrock.
Something is sealed in there
Some rooms have no doors. You can see the flowers through the wall and there is exactly one way to reach them.

- Nothing is a file. Every sprite and every sound in the game is generated at runtime. The whole thing is under half a megabyte.

About the fat marmot
A marmot is a large ground squirrel, and a yellow-bellied marmot spends its entire summer doing one thing: eating. It has to. A marmot that has not put on enough weight by autumn does not survive hibernation, so a fat marmot is not a joke about a fat animal — it is a marmot that has done its job.
This one is doing it under a burrow full of blue flowers, several hundred feet of masonry he is willing to chew through, and a sky that has noticed him.
